I am a second generation practitioner and provide traditional Ayurvedic massage treatments, diet and lifestyle consultations, You can find me at About Balance in the North Laine every Wednesday from 10 am to 2 pm, and on Sundays from 10 am till 5.30 pm.

I also offer a specialist clinic every alternate Saturday at Silk, located just off London Road in Brighton. This clinic is dedicated to providing care for gay, non-binary, and trans people. Please note it is open to everyone from the wider community if they are an ally. Allies are needed to help keep this clinic running.
